Physiotherapy

In our large, well equipped physiotherapy treatment room we can offer relief for:

Sports injuries
Back pain
Neck Pain
Sciatica
Whiplash
Arthritis
Repetitive Strain Injury
Posture related problems.

Pilates

In our new, purpose built Pilates studio we offer:

Individual sessions, both mat based and on the modified reformer
Small group classes of up to 6 people
Larger group classes of up to 12 people
Specialist classes including pre and post pregnancy, older adult, rehabilitation.

Physiofit is based at The Orchard Therapy Centre in Horsforth in Leeds.

Jenny Heron is the Senior Physiotherapist and Director of Physiofit and has chosen a team of highly qualified and experienced physiotherapists, sports rehabilitators and pilates instructors to work alongside her.

All the physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health Professions Council.
